Thus Ashvins should come, who are yoked with Horses,
Moving swiftly and beautifully with their perfectly controlled steeds;
[To] their own domain thus sacrificing by offering;
United with Sacrificial formula Yajus, and soaked in Honey,
Who of the gods are healers, carrying the offering,
The messengers of Universe, the guardians of Immortality,
They both should come accepting happily [this] Constellation.
We salute both Ashvins, the drivers of the horses.

Tomorrow morning the Full Moon slips below the western horizon into the glowing predawn hues. The gentle twinkle of remnant stars vanish in their meetings with the morning Suns gaze. It is here that the Aśvinī Kumares give rise to the day, in the softness of the predawn they are seen riding in the Suns golden chariot, as twins on horses. They burst onto the scene of daylight as dispellers of darkness and do-gooders on a mission to accomplish miraculous deeds. The Aśvinī Kumares are healers of the gods and are most often seen zipping around curing all kinds of illnesses that plague mankind, restoring us mortals back to optimal states of health.

The lunar star of Aśvinī covers 0°-13’20° of Zodiacal arc in Aries. The yogatārās located at 10° and 13° of Aries are commonly named Hamal and Sheraton, two bright stars adorning the eye and horn of the Ram.

The Full Moon culminates at 0° of Aries smack on the junction point of Revatī star in Pisces, the place of sleep, reflection, dreams, and completion. And Aśvinī star in Aries, the place of birth, spirits next incarnation, Prana (regenerative life force), the ‘I’-maker, our individual will shaped and fashioned by fate. With the overlap of Revatī stars influence at 2° of Aries, there is a dreamlike quality to tonights Full Moon. Messages could be received through dreams tonight, or in the brightness of mornings intuitions.

Just as the dawning light quite bluntly crusades out of the ambience of nightfall, themes of freedom, unrestricted movement and personal breakthroughs are supported now. Revatī stars influence here may bring lilfe-long dreams to the surface to be pursued. Revatī is the walker of the path. On soil, on sand, between waterways, and fertile fields, we meet our fate, we meet again and again.
