Eclipses by nature are a play of illusions. The passing shadows over our luminaries can mark a change in perception, governed by the Moon, or possibly a change in destiny governed by the Sun, the giver of all life. Because of this Savitr, the Sun god is also known as the lord of all creatures. The Sun is golden, and Savitr is golden handed, golden armed, yellow haired, and golden tongued.
